Traditional Kitchen Update

Location: Macon, GA

What the client wanted:

This homeowner was looking to upgrade a traditional kitchen that lacked storage and functionality. The wish list included a large gas range with a decorative hood, better seating at the breakfast area and more accessible storage.

The Creative Plan

We created several designs in 3D and refined them with the homeowner’s input. The home has a second floor with the stairs taking up space on one wall in the kitchen. We used the space under the stairs for the refrigerator and storage, found a small area in an upstairs closet to vent the gas stove pipe through and installed two large pantry cabinets with rollout shelves for the storage that was lacking.

The Successful Outcome

The space had a lot of limitations, but we put our creative minds together and delivered the kitchen the homeowner was wanting. The space is now much more functional with a fresh traditional style that complements the adjoining open den and the rest of the home.

Design Drawings

James, Al and their team did a fantastic job with a major kitchen and master bath remodeling project. They worked closely with me during the entire process and brought great ideas, experience and talent to the table. Both the budget and schedule stayed on track and no details in the execution were overlooked. Importantly, they understood and respected the challenges of living in a house while remodeling. They followed up with every question or small issue that came up, day or night. The team went above and beyond in their efforts, even after completion of the project.

The results were beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to offer a recommendation for their services.
